Good Faith Estimate
Beginning July 1, 2025, all clients who are uninsured or choose to self-pay for services and are starting a new course of care with us have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, this estimate will provide a general overview of the expected costs for your course of care.
Since we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an estimate prior to your first appointment.
